Dr. Badve commenced working fulltime at Westmead Hospital and particularly enjoyed the rotations through the Paediatric and Primary Oral Care Departments.
Dr. Badve resigned from the hospital to travel for 7months in 1994 through Europe, UK, India and the Middle East.
Dr Badve returned to Australia and recommenced part time work at Westmead Hospital for 3 years with a significant time spent in the Paediatric Department. During this time Dr Badve was the visiting dental officer to the Parramatta and Castle Hill School Dental Clinics.
In 1994 Dr. Badve commenced as an Associate Dentist at a busy family orientated surgery in Baulkham Hills where she remained until 2003. Dr. Badve also works part time for the Department of Defence as a general dentist since 2000.
Dr Badve enjoys treating a variety of people and a variety of dental conditions. She loves to spend time on difficult diagnostic challenges and explain dental diseases and treatment options to patients so they can be involved in their own dental care and needs and always make informed decisions.
Working at Rockdale Dentists since 2007 has allowed her to work with a dedicated team of professionals who strive to do their very best for each and every patient.
Dr Badve enjoys her time away from work by spending time with her family and friends, travelling, attending dental seminars and conferences, reading and tuck-shop duty at the school and assisting where possible in a variety of volunteer roles for fund raising to assist both local and overseas charities.
